Ellie is a four-year-old spayed female grey and tan - Domestic Short Hair kitty.

I was transferred from Animal Care & Control to the Allen County SPCA. I am a sweet girl who is playful and loves attention -- the perfect combination!

The staff feels I would do well with children of all ages as long as they treat me nicely. I get along well with other cats and even cat-friendly dogs.

Ellie is available for adoption at the Allen County SPCA, 4914 S. Hanna St. The shelter is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays. For more information, call 744-0454 then choose from the following:

  • Extension 200 if you found a stray cat or dog, lost your pet or wish to surrender your pet.
  • Extension 202 to adopt or speak with an animal care specialist.
  • Extension 205 to volunteer or donate pet food or supplies.
