What a game to pick, eh?

Justin Cohn, filling in for Steve Warden here at the Mad Ants' game against the Texas Legends, and I guess I couldn't have picked a better one to be here for, eh?

It only seems to be a game in the midst of the most frantic two days in franchise history.

Of course, the Mad Ants traded away two of its biggest stars -- JaJuan Johnson and Walker Russell Jr. -- for Luke Harangody (of Notre Dame fame), Anthony Richardson and Jack Mclinton.

That's a pretty clear indictment of the Mad Ants' 3-10 record heading into this game against the 8-4 Legends.

Expected to be in the starting lineup already are Harangody and Richardson.

With change, you certainly need to lean on your veterans to help ease the transition, so I guess we need to look for Ron Howard to be big tonight at Memorial Coliseum. He is averaging 20.4 points this season.

Steve Warden blogs all things Mad Ants.
