Ants and Canton tied at half

Former Wisconsin center Jon Leuer's jump shot with 0.6 seconds left enabled Canton to tie the Mad Ants at 48-all at halftime of Tuesday's D-League game at Memorial Coliseum.

Neither team has had much of an advantage across the first two quarters. The Ants had a six-point lead, 40-34, and Canton was up by seven, 29-22.

Frustrated by the disparity in fouls, Ants coach Duane Ticknor got his first home technical of the season. After the first quarter, the Ants were called for eight fouls against Canton's two. At the half, the Ants have 12 fouls against Canton's six.

JaJuan Johnson has 13 points, and Kim English has 11.

Steve Warden blogs all things Mad Ants.
