Drizzle, snow possible in area

There is a chance of drizzle, snow showers and freezing drizzle in northeast Indiana through 7 p.m., with mainly snow until midnight, the National Weather Service in northern Indiana said.

The wintry mix is causing a number slide-offs in northwest Indiana, the weather service said, but hazardous weather is not forecast for the northeast corner of the state.

It is expected to be mostly cloudy overnight, with a low around 26 degrees.

Tuesday is forecast to be sunny, with a high around 34 degrees.
