Grain futures, livestock prices trade mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures were mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 2 cents to $8.62 a bushel; March corn fell 6.25 cents to $7.515 a bushel; March oats added 1 cent to $3.98 a bushel; while January soybeans jumped 12 cents to $14.9125 a bushel.

Beef futures rose while pork prices dropped on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle added 0.5 cent to $1.3102 a pound; January feeder cattle rose 1.85 cent to $1.4825 a pound; while February lean hogs fell 1.2 cent to 84.45 cents a pound.
