The body of Thomas Haskins was a day away from being cremated – and his closest kin didn’t even know he was dead.A Bryan, Ohio, man was arrested Tuesday, accused of driving under the influence, driving without headlights, a stop sign violation, fleeing and eluding, failure to control, resisting arrest, driving under suspension, open container and possession of marijuana, according to a written statement from the Bryan Police Department.
It said Richard K. Sauber, 22, of East Pierce St., was arrested at 1:10 a.m. and taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
