The Komets lead the Gwinnett Gladiators 3-1 after two periods in Georgia.

The game was tied by Doug Jones early in the second period, but the Komets quickly answered with goals from Jean-Michel Rizk, on a rebound, and Thomas Beauregard on a one-timer.
