Steve Wesner represented the landlord, Fort Wayne Properties LLC, and the tenant, American Heritage Trails Inc., in the 28,564-square-foot lease at 5865 Indiana 930 E.

David W. Nugent represented the tenant, Hays & Sons Restoration, in the 3,116-square-foot lease from F & J Enterprises Inc., at 3819 Superior Ridge.

Nugent represented the tenant, Moe’s Southwest Grille, in the 2,650-square-foot lease at Northpointe Plaza from ARC-Lima, LLC.
