•Because of a reporting error, the date and time of the Summit City Singers’ concert were misstated in an article Sunday on Page 1D. The Summit City Singers will perform at 3 p.m. Dec. 16 at Covenant United Methodist Church, 10001 Coldwater Road.

•Because of inaccurate information provided to The Journal Gazette, Dr. Greg Johnson’s title was incorrect in an Oct. 3 article on Page 8B about Parkview Hospital and Vibra Hospital. Johnson is chief medical officer at Parkview Health.
