Ozzy is a 1 1/2-year-old neutered black domestic short hair cat.
“When the staff arrived one chilly morning I was found outside the Allen County SPCA in a carrier. Someone just dropped me off.
“I am a tough boy who loves to run around and play. I have lots of energy.
“Another neat trait about me is I don’t have a tail!
“The staff feels I would do well with older children who can handle my high energy and rough-housing. I tend to act like a puppy at times.
“I seem to be all right with other cats and would probably do well with cat-friendly dogs.”
“If you are searching for a lovable new best friend please ask to see me today!”
He is available for adoption at the Allen County SPCA, 4914 Hanna St.
The shelter is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
