Horsing around at Halloween for Pets
Dressed as Catwoman, Tyra Fragodt, 8, walks her dog, Marlie – decked out as a hippo ballerina – during Halloween for Pets on Saturday at Headwaters Park. The event was a fundraiser for Fort Wayne Animal Care & Controls animal cruelty prevention team, which fights pet neglect and overpopulation through education, rescue and law enforcement.
