Geneva: Trick or treat at downtown businesses 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday; fire department chili dinner and Halloween parade Oct. 27; parade begins at 7 p.m.

Berne: Halloween parade 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday; trick or treat and “Treats at the Tower” event 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday
