Statement as issued Wednesday by the Regional Chamber of Northeast Indiana:(FORT WAYNE, Ind.) The Regional Chamber of Northeast Indiana has named Vince Buchanan to be its new Executive Director.From a report received from the Noble County Sheriff’s Department:
An investigation revealed that Ryan Manns was traveling westbound on 500 N when he failed to stop for a posted stop sign.
His SUV then entered the intersection where it collided with a northbound vehicle that was being driven by Joanne R. Coverstone.
The vehicles both sustained heavy damage and were not drivable after the accident.
Ms. Coverstone and Yvette Castillo, a passenger in Manns’ vehicle, were both transported to the Parkview Noble hospital for treatment of their injuries.
