Grains futures mixed, livestock prices rise

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures traded mixed Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery rose 3.50 cents to $8.61 a bushel; December corn fell 6 cents to $7.42 a bushel; December oats rose 3.25 cents to $3.7050 a bushel; while November soybeans slipped 0.50 cent to $15.51 a bushel.

Beef futures fell and pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle rose 0.20 cent to $1.2640 a pound; November feeder cattle added 0.10 cent to $1.4630 a pound; while December lean hogs rose 0.32 cent to 76.87 cents a pound.
