Three young men - once athletes and students at the University of Saint Francis – imprisoned and identified as sex offenders.
On Friday, the last of the three, Alexander J.A 42-year-old Fort Wayne man was sentenced to five years in federal prison for possessing child pornography.
David B. Brown, was indicted on the charges in 2010, accused of receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography. He pleaded guilty to the charges.
Earlier this week, U.S. District Judge Theresa Springmann sentenced Brown to five years in prison and five years on supervised release, according to court documents.
The case was investigated by the FBI’s Cyber Crimes Task Force, made up of federal agents and law enforcement officers from the Allen County Sheriff’s Department, the Fort Wayne Police Department and the Indiana State Police, court documents said.
