A 42-year-old Fort Wayne man was sentenced to five years in federal prison for possessing child pornography.
David B. Brown, was indicted on the charges in 2010, accused of receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography. He pleaded guilty to the charges.
Earlier this week, U.S. District Judge Theresa Springmann sentenced Brown to five years in prison and five years on supervised release, according to court documents.
The case was investigated by the FBIs Cyber Crimes Task Force, made up of federal agents and law enforcement officers from the Allen County Sheriffs Department, the Fort Wayne Police Department and the Indiana State Police, court documents said.
