Statement as issued Wednesday by the Mercer County sheriff’s office (exact street addresses removed):

Celina, Ohio – Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey announced the indictment and arrests of 9 persons on charges resulting from an investigation by the Grand Lake Task Force. The Task Force is a combined effort of law enforcement agencies in Mercer and Auglaize Counties. Celina Police Department also assisted the Sheriff’s Office and the Task Force with the apprehensions.

• Bradley Hageman , age 21, C/O Mercer County Adult Detention Facility, 3 Counts of Trafficking in Heroin, Felonies of the 5th degree.
• Jordan M. Helmstetter, age 20, C/O Auglaize County Detention Facility, 2 Counts Trafficking in Heroin (Felonies of the 5th degree), 1 Count Trafficking in Heroin (Felony of the 4th degree), 1 Count Trafficking in Methylenedioxyprovalerone (Felony of the 3rd degree).
• Jeremy L. Welch, age 32, Washington Street, Celina, 1 Count of Trafficking in Heroin (Felony of the 5th degree).
• Lonnie L. Spence, age 21, Haig Street, Celina, 1 Count of Trafficking in Heroin (Felony of the 5th degree).
• Elizabeth J. Vantilburg, age 19, South Buckeye Street, Celina, 3 Counts Trafficking in Heroin (Felonies of the 5th degree).
• Michelle K. Anthony, age 22, South Walnut Street, Celina, 1 Count Trafficking in Heroin (Felony of the 4th degree).
• Dustin A. Anthony, age 26 South Walnut Street, Celina, 1 Count Trafficking in Heroin (Felony of the 4th degree).
