Peter Alexander is tired of explaining it.But the question keeps coming up: Why does Indiana need another law school?Alexander is the dean of the newly created law school at Indiana Tech.A Fort Wayne man pleaded guilty Wednesday in Allen Superior Court to voyeurism, admitting to peeping in on women at a tanning salon.
Stephan M. Fox, 32, of the 1600 block of Patriot Drive, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of voyeurism, as well as a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.
He was arrested and charged in February after employees at one of the city’s three Studio Tan salons determined he was videotaping patrons. When Allen County sheriff’s deputies went to Fox’s apartment, he admitted to being at the salon earlier in the day and videotaping women there before, according to court documents.
When an officer looked at Fox’s cellphone, he found multiple videos of women at the salon, according to court documents.
Under the terms of a plea agreement, Fox will be sentenced to two years in prison, with some of the sentence to be suspended and the other time to be served on work release or home detention.
Fox must also undergo an evaluation at Family & Children’s Services, according to court documents.
He will be sentenced next month.
