Lifetree Café will discuss loneliness and secrets learned in solitary confinement, following a video depicting a man held hostage for more than six years by Muslim radicals, from 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Brew Ha! Espresso Café, 122 S. Jefferson St., Ossian, and from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at New Ground Coffee Company, 5925 N. Clinton St.

Festival

The Amnesty and Deliverance Community Festival will be from 1 to 9 p.m. at McMillen Park, at Oxford Street and East Rudisill Boulevard.
