2 molesting counts for New Haven man

A 46-year-old New Haven man was charged Thursday with having sex with a 13-year-old girl.

Brian Gaff faces two counts of child molesting. He was in custody at the Allen County Lockup, with a bail of $35,000.

According to court papers, the girl told New Haven police that Gaff fondled her and had sex with her on April 28. She said Gaff told her not to tell anyone or he would take away her portable PlayStation, court papers stated.

In an interview with police, Gaff denied the allegations, court papers said.
