Don Snyder says his 92-year-old mother told him he should send us these photos of his zinnia patch on Maple Avenue in Fort Wayne.

He said his mother, Elizabeth Isabel "Izzy" Snyder, "has been a flower child all of her life" and created a perennial garden out on Bass Road.
