Indiana rushed for 1,374 yards last year in Big Ten games, its best mark since 2001. The 1,932 rushing yards in all games is the best total since 2008.

"We started having a little bit of success," running backs coach Deland McCullough said at IU media day on Thursday, "but the good thing for me was that guys starting to get an idea of how to practice and how that converted over to the game."
