On 7/31/2012 Lieutenant Terry Furnish with the Allen County Police Department will be retiring his long time K-9 partner Ralph.
Ralph is a 14 year-old Belgian Malinois. Lt. Furnish and Ralph became partners in 2000 and have served the citizens of Allen County for over 12 years. Throughout their career Ralph and Lt. Furnish have made numerous criminal apprehensions and have found a countless number of narcotics.
Ralph has been an immeasurable asset to the community and the Allen County Police Department. He will be greatly missed.
