Scrappy is a 5-year-old neutered tan Shih Tzu. He is a small dog.

He was found as a stray and brought to the Allen County SPCA. He is such a quiet and friendly little guy. He loves to sit in your lap and be petted.

He does well with his housebreaking skills but may need an adjustment period when he comes home. He loves to go on daily walks. He will need frequent grooming to keep his coat mat free. He does well with other dogs and doesn't seem to mind cats.

He is available for adoption at the Allen County SPCA, 4914 Hanna St.

The Allen County shelter is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
