Clarification

A story on Page 1C Friday about an ethics complaint against Allen County Councilman Paul Moss and Allen County Sheriff Ken Fries should have been more clear about the work history of the man filing the complaint. According to records, Philip Pease was terminated from his position with Allen County but offered a letter of resignation before the termination process was completed.
