On Saturdays Iron Man event, Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige announced that Marvels upcoming films include Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and the anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy and Ant-Man.
‘Man of Steel’ trailer before ‘Dark Knight’
There are lots of people dressed like Superman at Comic-Con, but the real guy – or at least the actor playing him in the latest Superman film – made a surprise appearance at the fan festival.
Man of Steel director Zack Snyder presented new footage from the film on Saturday and introduced star Henry Cavill.
Snyder also hinted – but coyly refused to confirm – that General Zod might be the villain in the film, due in theaters next summer.
The trailer for Man of Steel is set to play ahead of The Dark Knight Rises, which opens this week, Snyder said.
Del Toro previews robot, monster flick
Guillermo Del Toro is going really big with his next film.
The creator of Pans Labyrinth and the Hellboy movies came to Comic-Con on Saturday to offer fans a taste of his sci-fi showdown Pacific Rim.
Due in theaters July 12, 2013, Pacific Rim is a clash of the titans as humans pilot colossal robots to battle gargantuan sea monsters.
‘Thrones’ unveils new cast members
Diana Rigg was crowned a queen at Comic-Con – and she wasnt even there.
The 73-year-old actress and several others were revealed Friday as joining the cast of HBOs Game of Thrones for the fantasy series upcoming third season. The former star of The Avengers will play Olenna Tyrell, also known as the Queen of Thorns.
Other additions include Mackenzie Crook as wildling raider Orell, Clive Russell as Bryndon Blackfish Tully, Nathalie Emannuel as slave translator Missandei, Paul Kaye as Thoros of Myr, Kerry Ingram as Shireen Baratheon and Tara Fitzgerald as her mother, Selyse.
Hook coming to ‘Once Upon a Time’

The revelation that Peter Pans adversary is sailing to Storybrooke was teased in a video at the conclusion of the ABC fairytale dramas Saturday Comic-Con presentation. The footage featured a character breaking into Mr. Golds pawnshop, strutting past a tall ship model, smashing a display case and affixing a hook to his hand.
