Web letter: Daniels as Purdue president is scary prospect

After all the damage Gov. Mitch Daniels has done to public schools and teachers, how can it be okay for Purdue to make him its president?

I did have hope that higher intellect would have the brains to not follow this through. What a scary prospect for children.

My children’s college choice will not be Purdue while he is at the helm. We have had enough.
