Storm knocks out Shoaff splash pad

FORT WAYNE – Thursday night’s storm has closed the Shoaff Park splash pad, the Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation Department announced Friday morning.

Waynedale and McCormick splash pads remain closed until further notice.

The following splash pads are open and free to the public:

  • Buckner Park, 6114 Bass Road.
  • Memorial Park, 2301 Maumee & Glasgow.
  • Kreager Park (Taylor’s Dream), 7225 North River Road.
The hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
