It announced it has set up an emergency phone number, 413-6430, to report any emergencies and/or damages at any of its facilities.
The housing authority said Brookrnill and Brooklyn Manor remained without power as of Monday morning. North Highlands was using generator support for its emergency power.
Housing authority crews are working to identify and repair roof damage, as well as take care of downed trees and other damage.
The agency expects normal phone service to return by Wednesday.
