Brandon Alger, a former Indiana Tech pitcher and Leo product, earned his first professional victory in Eugene's 6-1 victory against Salem-Keizer on Tuesday. Alger allowed one unearned run on two hits while striking out two in three relief innings for the San Diego's Short Season A-team.
