Boyd plans 3rd District campaign stops

Kevin Boyd, who seeks the Democratic nomination for Congress in Indiana's 3rd District, has announced he will make a series of public campaign appearances throughout the district.

Boyd's stops will include the Kendallville Public Library at 1 p.m. Monday, James Spring Garden Family Dining in Decatur at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Wells County Democratic Party Headquarters in Bluffton at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Bailey's Coffee Cafe in Huntington at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Coachlight Coffee House in Angola at 1 p.m. May 4, Swinney Park in Fort Wayne at 10 a.m. May 5 as part of an Allen County Democratic Party rally; and Richards Restaurant in Warsaw at 6 p.m. May 7.

Fort Wayne resident Boyd is among six candidates for the 3rd District Democratic nomination in the May 8 primary election. First-term Rep. Marlin Stutzman of Howe is unopposed in the Republican primary.
