Notre Dame's hockey team could be part of a hockey doubleheader in Chicago's Soldier Field, according to reports.

The Irish along with Miami (Ohio), Wisconsin and Minnesota are involved in talks to schedule an outdoor doubleheader, according to the Chicago Tribune. WSBT-TV in South Bend first reported the possibility of the doubleheader.

The proposed games would feature Wisconsin playing Minnesota and Notre Dame playing Miami (Ohio), according to the Tribune.
