A sectional record came for Homestead senior Trevor Stanley in the 300-meter hurdles, but freshman teammate Brayden Law came up just shy in the 3,200. Both, though, were able to celebrate a team title Thursday at the Wayne boys track sectional as the Spartans beat the third-ranked Generals 151-136 in a battle that was close throughout.
