The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.
Trameil Jackson, 20, of the 5300 block of Gaywood Drive, was charged Nov. 6 with carrying a handgun without a license, possession of marijuana, two counts of resisting law enforcement and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $14,750 bail.
Daniel Novak, 23, of the 8800 block of Ash Bourne Drive, was booked at 10 a.m. Nov. 9 on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Calvin McGlaston, 47, of the 4500 block of McMillen Park Drive, was charged Nov. 9 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Terry Brown, 40, of the 2700 block of Coliseum Boulevard West, was charged Nov. 9 with failure to register as a sex offender. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Anthony Hanks, 32, of the 1100 block of Elm Street, was booked at 2:12 p.m. Nov. 9 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Aaron Lawson, 22, of the 2100 block of Eden Street, was booked at 3:40 p.m. Nov. 9 on a charge of escape. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Brittany Maddron, 20, of the 1000 block of Kiley Drive, was booked at 5:10 p.m. Nov. 9 on a charge of maintaining a common nuisance. She was released on her own recognizance.
Lamont Townsend, 44, of the 4000 block of Monroe Street, was booked at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 10 on charges of strangulation and battery. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.
Terry Finney, 21, of the 1000 block of Coliseum Boulevard West, was charged Nov. 10 with 12 counts of check fraud and two counts of attempted check fraud. He was being held in lieu of $35,000 bail.
Michael Burke, 47, of the 10000 block of Castle Ridge Place, was charged Nov. 10 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Terrence Fincher, 34, of the 500 block of Candlelite Court, was charged Nov. 10 with three counts of resisting law enforcement and one count each of possession of marijuana and failure to stop after an accident. He was being held in lieu of $7,250 bail.
Adrian Equia, 20, of the 900 block of Tennessee Avenue, was charged Nov. 10 with possession of cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Michael Anderson, 63, of the 3500 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged Nov. 10 with failure to register as a sex offender. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
David Bower, 38, of the 7200 block of Moeller Road, was booked at 4 p.m. Nov. 10 on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Eric Halbrook, 43, of the 1900 block of Riedmiller Avenue, was booked at 10:43 a.m. Thursday on charges of possession of cocaine and public intoxication. He was released on his own recognizance.
